Bracket Feet

Machine the cove into the bracket-foot blanks by angling Miter both ends of the bracket-foot blanks, them between the router-table fence and the guide fence. Use a push stick to maintain pressure on the upper corner of the blank.

Cut the bracket-foot curve using a bandsaw or jigsaw. First, make a template from Fig. E to trace the profiles on each blank.

Glue the bracket feet together with yellow glue.Yellow glue sets faster than the white glue used for assembly. Use your hands as clamps. Holding the feet for a minute or so will provide an initial bond. Place the glued-up feet on waxed paper so they won't stick to your bench as the glue dries.
