Side Rail Cutting Sequence

1 i Cut the front ends square.

2 Cut mitered ends with cut-off sled (Photo 4 and Fig. D)

3 Cut the tenons to thickness with the dado setup (Photo 5).

HIS Cut the straight tenons to width with the dado setup. 5 Cut the mitered tenons and the wide shoulders on the top rail with a bandsaw (Photo 6).
